Delete your GlobiSport account

Delete in the app

1. Open the GlobiSport app and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer use the app, email info@globisport.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my GlobiSport account”. We will confirm the request is yours, delete the account within 21 days, and let you know when it is done.

A parent or guardian can ask us to delete their child’s account the same way.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos and uploads, Greatness Score and stats, connections, coach and guardian links, messages, posts and comments, applications, saved items, notifications, your login, and any identity-verification data we still hold.

What is kept

Booking and payment records are kept for 5 years, as the Tax Administration Act requires, with your name, email and cell number removed and the record no longer linked to you. Reviews you wrote and parental-consent records are also kept without your name. Groups and events you created stay for their remaining members, with you removed as organiser.
