1. Scope of Ecosystem

GlobiSport operates two distinct environments (collectively “the Hubs”) to facilitate athlete and coach growth:

• The Development Hub: A professional workspace for bespoke digital products (e.g., customized training plans, performance templates) and professional services (e.g., consultations, 1-on-1 coaching bookings).
• The Learning Hub: A dedicated repository for digital courses, masterclasses, and pre-recorded educational content.

2. Fee Structure & “Scale and Reward” System

2.1 Platform Fee. GlobiSport charges a service fee (the “Platform Fee”) on every successful transaction across both Hubs. This fee is used to maintain the Platform’s digital infrastructure, security, and administrative operations.

2.2 The Reward Scale. Fees are calculated based on the Coach’s combined monthly sales volume across both the Development and Learning Hubs:

2.3 Transaction Processing Fees. These are external costs deducted at the source by third-party financial processors and are separate from the GlobiSport Platform Fee. These fees typically range between 3.5% and 10% depending on the currency used and the geographic location of the purchaser. Coaches are encouraged to factor these variations into their global pricing strategies.

3. Hub-Specific Terms

3.1 Development Hub (Services & Products)

• Service Fulfillment: Coaches are responsible for attending all booked sessions. Failure to render a service booked through the Development Hub may result in a full refund to the athlete and a “No-Show” administrative penalty.
• Custom Products: Digital products in the Development Hub must be delivered to the athlete within the timeframe specified in the Coach’s listing.

3.2 Learning Hub (Courses)

• Intellectual Property: Coaches represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary licenses for all video and educational content uploaded to the Learning Hub.
• Access Guarantee: Upon purchase, the Coach grants the athlete a non-exclusive, perpetual license to access the content via the Learning Hub for as long as the Coach maintains an active profile on the Platform.

4. Digital Content & Refund Policy

4.1 Final Sale Rule. Due to the instant-access nature of the Learning Hub and Development Hub digital products, all sales are considered final once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

4.2 Refund Eligibility. Refunds will only be evaluated if a digital file is proven to be corrupted or if a Development Hub service was not rendered as described.

4.3 Non-Refundable Costs. In the event of a sanctioned refund, any third-party transaction fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount returned to the athlete.

5. Payouts and Settlements

5.1 Settlement Cycle. Funds from sales are held by the platform’s integrated payment processors and are subject to standard clearing periods (typically 2 to 7 business days) before being available for payout to the Coach’s nominated account.

5.2 Operational Integrity. GlobiSport reserves the right to temporarily withhold payouts in the event of high refund rates, disputed transactions, or suspected breaches of these Terms.

We believe in rewarding growth. As your monthly volume increases across both Hubs, our platform fee decreases. We’ve benchmarked our rates to ensure you keep more of what you earn compared to generalist creator platforms.
