| Coaching Philosophy & Methodology | In South Africa, many young athletes have not been exposed to adequate childhood development programs that support fundamental movement skills. This gap becomes evident when compared with international benchmarks and often limits athletic performance later in life. Our SAQ-based training programs are designed to correct these movement deficiencies while instilling proper form as we advance. I am committed to developing correct neurological movement patterns in athletes from a young age. IÂ work with individuals ranging from 6 to 60 years old, ensuring every person receives age-appropriate, scientifically designed training that enhances their physical potential and performance capacity. |

I assist players in managing muscle soreness, fatigue, and minor soft tissue injuries, while also implementing structured recovery plans that incorporate stretching, mobility work, and rest protocols. Through these interventions, I contribute to minimizing downtime, preventing overuse injuries, and ensuring that players remain physically prepared for both training and competition. Furthermore, I provide strapping and taping services (injury prevention and support) to ensure that players are adequately protected during training and match play. This involves the application of sport-specific taping techniques to vulnerable or previously injured areas such as ankles, knees, shoulders, and wrists. My role includes assessing the physical condition of players prior to activity, applying appropriate support to enhance joint stability, and collaborating with medical personnel where necessary to support rehabilitation and return-to-play processes. Through effective strapping practices, I help reduce the risk of injury recurrence and enhance player confidence in high-impact situations.
