Three levels of verification on every profile, and a guardian in the loop for every under-18.

- L2Gold Tick2–5 business days

Is GlobiSport free to use?
Creating a profile, joining the community, browsing opportunities and events, and taking the GS Score assessment are all free. Coaches and professionals who offer sessions set their own prices, and you pay only when you book a session.
Payments aren't live yet. Bookings made during early access are test bookings and no money is charged.
How does verification work?
There are three levels. Level 1 (ID verified) checks your South African ID and a live selfie, usually in minutes, and unlocks messaging. Coaches and professionals appear in Discover from Level 1. Level 2 (Gold Tick) is a credential check by our team and takes a few business days. Level 3 confirms a link to a verified institution. Institutions have their own accreditation levels.
How do minors use the platform?
Under-18 athletes are linked to a parent or guardian, appear by first name and initial only, and are hidden from public discovery by default. Guardians approve bookings and can see their child’s messages. A guardian can also verify their child’s identity with a Home Affairs ID match, with no biometric scan. GlobiSport is designed around POPIA.
